Weddings are a Specialty...I am a hopeless romantic and weddings allow me the opportunity to participate, and work together, with the bride and groom in an effort to create an atmosphere of love and celebration. As guests begin to gather, there is a romantic ambience in the air enhanced by soft candlelight, fresh flowers, crisp linens, style and attention to detail. Whether the wedding is an intimate dinner for 25 or a gala, formal affair for 300, Herbal Elegance is able to create any imaginative food experience the clients envision. I am always available to work out any last minute details to ensure that this special celebration will come together in the exact manner the bride and groom are expecting. |

Private Parties...Whether it be a Bridal or Baby Shower, Birthday party , Holiday party,(Christmas, New Years, etc.) Office party, or intimate dinner in the privacy of your own home, Herbal Elegance is able to create any kind of event you need. Perhaps, a backyard or beach barbecue, brunch, rehearsal dinner for a wedding and so on. We are also available, upon request, to provide fresh flowers for the tables, table cloths, and any type of decor required, to, in turn, help create the exact look the client is hoping for. |

Most functions are priced "per person". This fee is determined by the costs of the foods, prep, labor and clean up afterward. I treat each function, "pricewise", individually. Each client have their own individual tastes and budget. I work with each client in an effort to provide, exactly, what the client's tastes and needs are that will be within their own personal budget.
Each party is special, no matter how large or small. This method has evolved over the years I have been a Chef and seems to work well for everyone involved. I try to always be flexible and offer a variety of foods that will compliment and enhance the entire party.
I am available, either by telephone or E-mail, to help advise and reassure clients as they get closer to the date of their event.
I have found that each party comes together, financially, through caring concern, and attention to detail.
There is never any charge for delivery, cake cutting (weddings) or any extra tasks, which are fulfilled, as a courtesy to the client.
