I would like to introduce you to Herbal Elegance.  I am a professional caterer and have been a Chef, and have been actively involved in the food industry for 10 years.

Catering is my only profession, and I devote all my energy and resources to serving the total needs of my clients with elegance, style and personal attention.

My staff are a flexible group of professionals, working together as a team to create a wide range of catering services.

I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and have catered hundreds of local activities, including weddings, corporate meetings, dinner parties and television commercials.

My Philosophy...

My love of cooking, gardening, and entertaining created Herbal Elegance, in Del Mar, California 10 years ago.  My background in the Arts, and love of setting a beautiful elegant, table inspired me to pursue a career in catering. I am a total perfectionist, and pay particular attention to detail, therefore, I consider my abilities and skills as "hands on" in every facet of my work.  I have tried to combine all of my talents to create a kind of ambience for all of my parties. Each event reflecting fine linens, fresh flowers, soft candlelight, sterling silver, sparkling crystal and a general sense of effortless tranquility, dignity, romance and elegance. Presentation is critical to me, as it represents my artistic influence. Service should be elegant and the food, of course, delicious and visually appetizing.  I use only the freshest ingredients including organic vegetables and herbs from my own garden, enhanced with edible flowers from the garden as well.
